General Regulator, Inc. terms are Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice. General Regulator, Inc. does not provide cash discounts. There is a 10% restocking fee for any products returned 45 days after the original invoice date. Invoices not paid within our terms are subject to an 18% annual finance charge rate.

All orders are shipped via UPS from General Regulator, Inc. On orders less than $1000 (Net Trade Price), shipping is prepaid by General Regulator, Inc. and billed to the customer. Orders greater than $1000 are shipped free of charge via UPS. Customers requiring other shipping methods like UPS 2^nd Day Air will have to pay the difference between it and UPS ground if their order is greater than $1000. Shipping charges for the premium delivery method will be prepaid by General Regulator, Inc. and invoiced by General Regulator, Inc.

General Regulator, Inc. will repair torches which are no longer covered by warranty or have been abused by the customer. The charge for this service is a $15.00 fee plus shipping expenses. Damaged torch tips are not repairable and the customer will have to purchase a new low cost tip.
